A stressful life accompanied by unhealthy eating habits can cause a disaster in the delicate hormonal balance of a woman. Even healthy women who eat properly can find hormone deficiencies.

Here are nine suggestions or ways to balance your hormones to help you maintain a natural balance.
1. Keep Under Stress Level
Studies have shown that women who meditate daily or practice yoga experience fewer hormonal changes than those who do not meditate at all. Rest is also important. Many women have such stressful lifestyles that leave the body with very little time to adjust to the changes. This affects the normal hormonal cycle of women. Take a few moments to rest and relax throughout the day.
2. Get Enough Sleep at Night
Sleep is the time when our body recovers from any imbalance it may have experienced during the day. Lack of sleep makes the hormones too active. Try to sleep at least 8 hours each night.
3. Maintain a Healthy Diet
Add more organic and fresh fruits and vegetables, plus lots of nuts and raw seeds . Foods that contain processed carbohydrates, fritters, soda, enriched flour , and products with processed vegetable or soybean oil can also alter hormone balance. Avoid consumption of non-organic dairy products because they may contain harmful growth hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. This causes chaos in a woman’s system.
4. Eat More Omega-3 Fatty Acids Vitamins, Omega 3
These fats act to create healthier and better responsive cell membranes, allowing hormones to adhere to the cell more easily. Omega-3 fatty acids also help the body maintain cellular receptors (where hormones bind) in optimum conditions. Eat more food with Omega-3 or take 500mg of high quality organic oil like hemp oil, flaxseed oil or olive oil .
5. Avoid Caffeine
Consumption of stimulants such as caffeine has been shown to cause the adrenal gland to produce more hormones. Try to reduce or completely eliminate your caffeine intake.
6. Exercise Frequently
Add to your routine at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times a week. Develop a routine that you can do consistently.
7. Take Enough Sun
